Liquid Pain

Edit: my apologies for re-submitting again. I just had a suggestion to tweak the colour to make it more blood-like. As soon as that was pointed out, I had to get rid of those yukky pinkish tones.

The third and last in a series of 3 coloured liquid shots. Purely experimental for myself, as I have never previously tried this sort of thing before.

Lighting is provided by a Canon flash unit fixed to the hotshoe of my camera, and pointed towards a white ceiling. The light was bounced and diffused. Background is a large sheet of white card, bent/curved to provide a seamless transition.

RAW conversion done in C1. Bordering, framing and digital signature done in Photoshop CS.
