A recently renovated but very old boat shed adjacent to Matilda Bay. I like the clouds and sky in this shot. It's a little wonky, but didn't bother correcting it.
RAW conversion done in C1. Bordering, framing and digital signature done in Photoshop CS.
edit: I just decided to re-work this image. It was a little underexposed in the bottom third, so I did another exposure and layered it over the top of the original in Photoshop. Not so dark now, and a little clearer.
very nice shot ! it's a quite poetic vision, very peaceful , the house is a bit dark and you could have captured it better with the spot mesure but it's still a very nice shot !
Yeh, I thought that at first too but I wanted to keep it in shade to give it a more moody, lonely feel. Sorta contrasts with the sky.
Right behind me was a hill and the sun had disappeared over it, casting the boat shed into shadow. I'll be going back to shoot it again in full light and different skies
